10 Step Exercises

As part of an ongoing series of videos, I’m going to be creating some videos to showcase some different exercises for my own benefit and also any of you reading. Each video, I will choose one piece of equipment or muscle group and give 10 exercises for each. In the first video, I have chosen to use a Reebok Step, but you can use any raised platform that allows you to step over it. The exercises in the video are:

  1. Normal Step-Ups
  2. Step Jumps
  3. Mountain Climbers
  4. Jump Overs
  5. Side-On Knee Ups
  6. Side Step Overs
  7. In & Outs
  8. Elevated Burpees
  9. Tricep Dips
  10. Reverse Mountain Climbers
