10 Kettlebell Exercises

This video shows ten exercises using a kettlebell. The important thing to remember about a kettlebell is that the weight lies outside the hand, so when swinging it. (From Wikipedia): The kettlebell is a cast-iron weight (resembling a cannonball with a handle) used to perform ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training. Russian kettlebells are traditionally measured in weight by pood, which (rounded to metric units) is defined as 16 kilograms.

The exercises in the video are:

  1. Bicep Curl
  2. Tricep Extension
  3. Shoulder Press
  4. Kettlebell Swing
  5. Upright Row
  6. Overhead Press
  7. Kettle Situps
  8. Lateral Raise
  9. Frontal Raise
  10. Chest Press

As I mention in the video, several of the exercises are done single limbed. If you wish, and you have two of the same weighted kettlebell, you can switch to doing both limbs.
